It is important to us that every positive interview is converted to a formal offer of employment. It is therefore important that you phone your iPeople consultant following an interview or assessment to provide feedback on how you feel you performed. iPeople will also gather feedback from the client. This will enable us to give you practical advice on how to move forward
iPeople will represent you for a position that can offer the salary and benefits package you would accept to move companies. We will always put your interests first and, at the beginning of our relationship and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked about your salary and benefits package expectations to ensure we fully understand your requirements
In most cases you will receive any offer of employment verbally via your iPeople consultant. This verbal offer is formal and will not be retracted. You will always receive a written confirmation of an offer from the employer.
Any offer, whether verbal or written, constitutes a formal offer and any acceptance of this offer would be treated as a professional commitment to join your new employer. You should consider your offer very carefully and only accept if you are going to honour your commitment in formally accepting the position offered. Sometimes you might have another offer pending, or other opportunities to consider.
